Hand made by a government registered women’s co-operative near Boujaad in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco

This natural soft fabric is made from cactus which is grown in abundance throughout the Atlas Mountains. The cactus is crushed and spun into thread then woven to make this durable, sustainable fabric.
