Made from cotton and linen, designed and printed by Bábbarra Women’s Center in remote Northern Territory.
Then filled with a lush plush feather insert.

Linda Gurawana is a Djinang speaker and she calls hunting bag or dilly bag bah-je.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Linda Gurawana has been working at Bábbarra Women’s Centre since 2002.
Her favorite print medium is silkscreen and she often depicts objects that are both sacred and utilitarian, such as dillybags. Linda also worked for the Bábbarra Cleaning Crew and was a keen sewer in early years.
